Coaching with Susan over the past three months has been completely transformative. Through her gentle questioning and deeply compassionate listening, she helped me shift my perspective and see what is truly possible for my life. With Susan's guidance, I have set and achieved goals that I once thought were completely out of reach.

Working with Susan has been a genuinely positive experience. From our very first session, she created a warm, supportive environment that made it easy to build trust and feel comfortable being open and honest. Susan has a natural ability to balance reflection with forward momentum. She always ensured our sessions remained focused on progress and action, whilst still taking the time to understand where I was currently and what challenges I was facing. On several occasions, I entered a session feeling unsure about my goal or direction, and through her thoughtful questioning and intuitive coaching style, she helped me gain clarity and identify meaningful next steps. Throughout our time working together, Susan has helped me challenge and overcome a number of limiting beliefs that were holding me back. Her approach is insightful, encouraging and empowering, allowing me to develop greater confidence in myself and my decisions. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Susan and would highly recommend her to anyone considering coaching. She is a skilled, compassionate coach who genuinely cares about helping her clients move forward and achieve their goals.

Susan has coached me for the 8 sessions.. I felt my coaching sessions with Susan very helpful as she supported me to move forward in obtaining my weekly mini goals whilst gaining awareness in the importance of self responsibility. I did experience fabulous rapport with Susan along with her challenging me on my limiting beliefs helping me “flick the light switch “ to empowering beliefs .Throughout Susan’s thoughtful questions and calm presence helped me gain clarity and confidence. I found Susan to be an excellent life Coach

I’ve been working with Susan since September 2025 and the impact she has had on my life has been significant. She has supported me across a range of areas, from personal development to navigating challenges with more clarity and confidence. Susan has a natural ability to listen without judgement while gently guiding you to think differently and act. Her approach is both supportive and empowering. Susan does not just tell you what you want to hear but helps you uncover what you need to see to move forward. What, I’ve appreciated most is how she creates a safe, calm space while still encouraging growth and accountability. I’ve come away from our sessions feeling more grounded, more focused and better equipped to handle both personal and professional situations. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a coach who is genuinely invested in your progress and able to support you in creating real, lasting change.

As a mum and carer for multiple people, I had completely lost my sense of purpose. Susan helped me find "me" again. She is incredibly compassionate and provided me with practical strategies and achievable goals that actually fit into my busy life. I can’t thank her enough for her understanding and for helping me navigate my way back to a life I desire. Highly recommended for any carer feeling lost!
