Feelings of “I’m not good enough, “I’ll fail” or “I don’t deserve success”. Our primary focus will be on removing the root belief, separating fact from learned assumption, reframing the belief and reinforcing new patterns.

Feelings of “others are better than me” In our sessions, our focus will be on rewriting self-talk, visualising success, reducing fear responses and anchoring calm and confidence within self. 

Insomnia & better sleep

Insomnia often becomes a cycle: the more you try to force sleep, the more alert your mind becomes. Your goal within our sessions will be on quietening the racing thoughts, releasing physical tension, building a mental association between bed and calm, reprogramming sleep patterns
