What is DISC Profiling?
DISC profiling is a behavioral assessment tool used to understand how people tend to communicate, make decisions, and respond to challenges, based on four core personality styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Rather than measuring intelligence or ability, it focuses on observable behavior and preferences, helping individuals recognise their own tendencies and those of others. For example, someone with a Dominance style may be direct and results-focused, while a Steadiness style may value stability and collaboration. Widely used in workplaces and personal development, DISC can improve teamwork, reduce conflict, and enhance communication by giving people a shared language to understand different working and interaction styles.
